One of the highlights in Scotland’s summer outdoor events calendar, the Scottish Traditional Boat Festival draws 16,000 visitors to Portsoy every year. Based around the historic 17th Century harbour and seafront, the festival offers a wide mix of in-water and land-based activities, with a full maritime programme supported by crafts and stalls, music and dance, food and drink, children’s entertainment, road races and more. Fun for all the family and dog friendly too.
