Stronsay Hotel is situated in Whitehall Village at the end of the pier, where most visitors arrive by ferry or yacht.

The hotel is currently undergoing a complete renovation and plans to reopen at the end of July 2023. Updates will be added as details regarding accommodation and catering become available.

As the only pub on the island, it serves as a place for locals and visitors alike to gather in the evening for a pint, a game of pool and a chat – sometimes even a tune or a round of darts.

The hotel came under community ownership in 2022 and seeks to support the sustainability of the community by offering employment to locals and a warm welcome to visitors.
