The Glentrool Hive was designed to be flexible in it’s use and one of the most important aspects was to retain a community lounge area for villagers and visitors alike to rest in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

We have comfortable chairs, a selection of books and games and offer self service tea and coffee making facilities for you to enjoy.

There’s no need to reserve tables or book a slot, simply walk in and help yourself.

Glentrool Hive offers visitors a host of useful facilities. During opening hours visitors are more than welcome to make use of our toilet facilities and our lounge area free of charge. We have free WiFi throughout and offer a water bottle refilling station at the side of the building.

For a small charge we also offer shower facilities and use of our washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Glentrool Hive is the perfect venue to host a celebration or gathering of friends and family.

With two large halls, fully equipped kitchen and on site accommodation, we offer a unique package suited to your needs.

The village green can also be used for outdoor gatherings and we have numerous gazebos and marquees which can be hired as well as BBQ and firepits.
