SCOTO in partnership with Landmark Press can now produce Be Local branded
visitor information tear-off countertop and folded maps for your community. This offer is open to all SCOTO Enterprises as one of your Enterprise benefits.
These highly popular maps can be printed in various sizes and can be
produced with or without advertising.
You choose the layout - any combination of maps, adverts and editorial can be
accommodated!
SCOTO is working with Landmark Press to produce 'tear off' and folded visitor information maps for community tourism organisations.
These easy to view maps are the ideal way to direct visitors and locals to the important focal points of your community.
We have a number of different options for you to choose from with and without adverts. For the full details download the PDF here.
6 easy steps to get your quote:
1. Select the size: Tear-off maps are available in A4 or A3, while A2 maps fold down to A5. All are double sided
2. Let us know if your map will feature village/town and regional maps and visitor information only, or if it will also include adverts to help make the map self-financing.
3. Let us know if you will provide your own maps or if you would like a map to be created for you. We typically include both a village/town and regional map.
4. Let us know if you will require design assistance to produce the map and/or the artwork for the adverts.
5. Let us know if you will require sales assistance for advert spaces.
6. Select the print quantity- 2000, 5000, 10000, 20000 or 30000 copies.

Map Options
You can choose fro three styles of maps:
A2 Folded Maps
• These A2 maps fold down to a handy A5.
• Option to include your community logo.
• Local information and advertisements can be
featured on the map.
• Choose between local and regional maps created
by our cartographer or use your own
A3 Tear Off Maps
• Designed in a convenient countertop tear-off style.
• Option to include your community logo.
• Local information and advertisements can be
featured on the map.
• Choose between local and regional maps created
by our cartographer or use your own
A4 Tear Off Maps
• Designed in a convenient countertop tear-off style.
• Option to include your community logo.
• Local information and advertisements can be
featured on the map.
• Choose between local and regional maps created
by our cartographer or use your own.
Base Prices
These costs include delivery, origination, and map licensing fees. The initial origination map fee of £480 will not apply to subsequent print runs. If you already have your own map available, a substantial reduction in cost can be applied. Contact us for more details.
As an illustration, if you opt for 10,000 A3 tear-off maps, then selling 8 large adverts to local businesses at £255 + VAT will cover all your costs.
Don't Forget
For a map to be effective make sure to clearly show Parking, Toilets, Info point, Fuel, EV charge points, Viewpoints, Attractions and other Community Led Tourism Enterprises, (listing them if more than one). If you need help with what to include please contact SCOTO - info@scoto.co.uk
